With a back-catalogue of four self-produced albums, numerous singles and collaborative releases, & a monumental touring history, Stroud based singer-songwriter
LISA FITZGIBBON has forged an independent path throughout her musical career.

Originally from a small copper mining town in the outback of Australia, after completing high school Lisa relocated to the North Coast NSW to study Voice at the University of New England, Northern Rivers-Contemporary Music College (Lismore). Then onto Sydney’s Bondi Beach, before landing in London in the 90’s.

As lead singer & songwriter for The POWERFOLK QUARTET Lisa & the band have performed at many prestigious venues and festivals including Glastonbury, the Cambridge Folk Festival & the London Shepherds Bush Empire.

As founder & Creative Director of Pro7ect Songwriting Retreats at Rockfield Studios, Lisa has facilitated musical collaboration opportunities for over 100 songwriters, musicians & producers including: Talvin Singh (Bjork, Madonna), YOUTH (Orb, The Verve), Iain Archer (Snow Patrol, Jake Bugg), Stew Jackson (Massive Attack) & Andrew Levy (Brand New Heavies).

Lisa’s 18-year horticulture practise compliments her musical career, offering her an alternative physical & visual outlet, financial autonomy & an acute awareness, knowledge & appreciation of nature, the seasons & landscape.
